This is a great Sheaffer item. It is a salesman's promotional tie tack in the shape of the Triumph and a few other models of Sheaffer pens of the 1960's. It comes on it's original presentation card that is shaped like a tie and has reverse information. This great gold filled clip tie tack could easily be worn just as a lapel pin if so desired.
