Circa 1915-17 Waterman 12 PSF Fountain Pen in Black Chased Hard Rubber. Pen is in excellent condition with no heavy marks, good color and chasing throughout, and no hairlines, or heavy marks. Fine point Waterman #2 New York wet noodle buttery flexible nib that gives an amazing line variation and is smooth on paper. Lever filling system is fully repaired and working perfectly.
